Conveyancing & Securities Department

The Conveyancing and Securities Department is led by Ms. Esther Waitherero King'ori, a partner who was admitted to the bar in 1998, served as a Senior Resident Magistrate in the Judiciary, and brings over 20 years of legal practice to the department. Ms. King'ori holds a Master of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a certified professional Mediator, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a Notary Public. She is supported by Mr. Alvin Njenga Karugia (admitted 2025), an associate specialising in real estate and commercial contract law.
